To set up your Easy HOA account, follow the following steps.
STEP 1
**You must be a homeowner with name on deed** If you are renting, this is for your lessor.
Contact the HOA by filling out this form

Provide your name, a valid email address, message (Requesting HOA account set up), and your Winchester address (You can add a reply address by logging into your account).
Wait until you receive a reply back, from the HOA board, to the given email address.
After receiving the reply email confirmation, continue to step 2.
STEP 2
- After receiving the reply email, go to https://app.easyhoa.com/login.html
- Enter Username (your email address)
- Enter your name and choose a password.
- Login using your email and password
