Board Action on Deliquent Dues
10/12/18 - The HOA Board voted to impose a annual interest fee on delinquent accounts. this will accrue on all balances outstanding at the end of each month, effective November 1st, 2018.
Board Adopted Resolution 001 (Fine Structure)
3/21/20 - The Board, in conjunction with legal representation, has adopted resolution 001 to add a fine structure to assist with enforcing the Restrictive Covenant. A copy of the resolution was delivered with the newsletter on March 25, 2020, to all residents. Also you may download the resolution at the "Downloads" section of the website.
