Violations

To report a violation, simply fill out a "'Report Covenant Violations" form,  from the Downloads page of this website and mail or email it to the board. Before reporting a violation please thoroughly read the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants. A copy of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants can also be downloaded from the Downloads page. If you do not have access to a printer, email the board and a form will be provided to you.

You can also report issues that are not covenant related. The board will  decide, at its discretion,  if the issue warrants action. Some issues can be resolved by simply bringing awareness to the community, but some are more complicated. Whatever the issue may be, the board is committed to find solutions to all significant complaints.

** DISCUSSING ISSUES ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES IS NOT A VALID FORM OF COMPLAINT**

If you have received a violation, the board expects you to correct it in a timely manner. If you disagree with the violation, you have the right to dispute it. A example of a dispute letter can be downloaded from the Downloads page of this website. All disputes must be submitted in writing.
