1. Dues are $200 annually and are due April 1st, late May 1st.
2. You can pay online or mail.
3. Partial payments may be accepted but will not guarantee delay of legal action.
4. You must register to make online payments or monitor your account. See below
5. A late fee of 10% plus monthly interest of 1.5% will be added to all delinquent accounts.

HOW TO PAY ONLINE :

In order to pay online you must first create an account. To create an account:

1. **First, contact the HOA and provide a valid email address by clicking the "Contact Us" button below**
2. The HOA will reply to the given email and state that the account is ready to set up.
3. Then go to: https://app.easyhoa.com/login.html 
4. Enter Username (your email address)
5. Enter your name and choose a password.
6. Login using your email and password
