HOW MUCH IS MY ANNUAL HOA PAYMENT?
- Dues are $200 annually and are due April 1st, late May 1st.
- You can pay online or mail.
- Partial payments may be accepted but will not guarantee delay of legal action.
- You must register to make online payments or monitor your account. See below
- A late fee of 10% plus monthly interest of 18% will be added to all delinquent accounts.

HOW TO PAY ONLINE :
In order to pay online you must first create an account. To create an account:
- **First, contact the HOA and provide a valid email address by clicking the "Contact Us" button below**
- The HOA will reply to the given email and state that the account is ready to set up.
- Then go to: https://app.easyhoa.com/login.html
- Enter Username (your email address)
- Enter your name and choose a password.
- Login using your email and password
